Hardox® 1/2" AR550 Modular Steel Target | 12"x 20"

The Hardox® 1/2" AR550 Modular Steel Target | 12"x20" is a complete steel target system built for fast setup without bolts, tools or welding. The package includes a 12"x20" target CNC laser-cut from Swedish-made 1/2" Hardox® AR550 steel, a modular base and 20" legs with stake holes. The base includes both vertical and angled mounting slots so you can adjust the target position for different shooting applications and terrain. The complete target system is manufactured in the United States.

The modular design assembles in seconds by fitting the components together without separate fasteners. The angled mounting position gives shooters another setup option for the target face, while the 20" legs provide a portable freestanding base that can be staked when needed. This system is designed for centerfire handgun shooting and rifle cartridges through .300 Win Mag at the proper minimum distance.

Assembly

The modular system assembles without bolts, tools or welding. Fit the legs into the base and install the target in either the vertical or angled mounting slots. The legs include stake holes for additional stability when ground conditions require anchoring.

Safety and Usage

This 1/2" Hardox® AR550 target is designed for centerfire handguns and rifles through .300 Win Mag.

Minimum shooting distances:

• Centerfire handgun: 10 yards minimum
• Rifles at or below 2,800 fps muzzle velocity: 100 yards minimum
• Rifles above 2,800 fps muzzle velocity: 150 yards minimum
• Long-action rifles: 200 yards minimum
• Increase distance any time you observe pitting on the target face

Always shoot perpendicular to the target face. Use quality eye and ear protection. Inspect the target, base and legs before every session and replace any component showing cracking, deformation or excessive wear. Repaint regularly to track impacts and monitor surface health. No steel-core, armor-piercing or tracer ammunition.

To qualify for warranty coverage, targets must be used and maintained in accordance with Shoot Steel safety and distance guidelines, including:

• No steel-core, armor-piercing or tracer ammunition
• Minimum recommended distances observed at all times
• Target mounted to Shoot Steel specifications
