The Slide-Lock Static Target Hanger | 3/8" AR500 | Tool-Free Target Swaps makes changing target plates on the Upright, All-Steel Target Stand quick and simple. Keep a Slide-Lock hanger mounted to each target plate and you can slide one target off the static upright and another into place without removing mounting hardware at the range. The hanger includes a 2" die spring and all necessary target mounting hardware.

The hanger is CNC laser-cut from domestic 3/8" AR500 steel and is designed specifically for the Slide-Lock static upright. The included die spring helps absorb impact and reduce stress transferred through the hanger assembly. This hanger is not compatible with the Short Range Rifle Target configuration unless the stand is converted to the compatible static upright. Manufactured in the United States.

Setup

Mount the Slide-Lock hanger to a compatible target plate using the included hardware. Once attached, the hanger slides onto the static upright of the Upright, All-Steel Target Stand. Keeping a dedicated hanger on each target plate allows you to change targets without removing and reinstalling the target mounting hardware between drills.

Safety and Usage

Minimum shooting distance and caliber compatibility are determined by the target plate used with this hanger. Follow the ammunition, caliber and minimum-distance requirements for the specific target installed on the system.

Inspect the hanger, die spring, mounting hardware, target and stand before every session. Replace any component showing cracking, deformation or excessive wear. Confirm the hanger is properly seated on the static upright before shooting. No steel-core, armor-piercing or tracer ammunition unless specifically permitted by the target being used.

A dedicated hanger eliminates the need to remove and reinstall target mounting hardware when changing plates. Slide the current hanger and target off the upright, install the next one and continue shooting.

Which Shoot Steel stand does this hanger fit?
It is designed specifically for the Slide-Lock static upright used with the Upright, All-Steel Target Stand.

Will this work with the Short Range Rifle Target configuration?
Not in its standard configuration. The Slide-Lock Static Target Hanger requires the compatible static upright. A Short Range Rifle Target setup would need to be converted to the static upright before using this hanger.

To qualify for warranty coverage, targets must be used and maintained in accordance with Shoot Steel safety and distance guidelines, including:

• No steel-core, armor-piercing or tracer ammunition
• Minimum recommended distances observed at all times
• Target mounted to Shoot Steel specifications
