The 1/2" AR500 Magnum Rifle Spinner Steel Target is a reactive precision rifle target built for medium- and long-range shooting. Choose either a 6" or 8" round target cut from 1/2" AR500 steel. The complete system includes the spinner target, 22" rigid cross member, 30" legs, two centering spacers, assembly hardware and detailed instructions. The free-spinning design provides immediate visual feedback when you connect at distance. Made in the USA.
Choose the 6" target for a smaller strike face and more demanding precision work, or step up to the 8" target when you want a larger aiming area for faster drills and longer-distance shooting. The target mounts on a shaft between two centering spacers that keep it positioned while allowing it to rotate freely on impact. The system is rated for .308 Win at 100 yards minimum and up to .300 Win Mag at 200 yards minimum. Assembly
The selected 6" or 8" target mounts on the spinner shaft between the two included centering spacers. The spacers keep the plate centered while allowing it to rotate freely when hit. The 22" cross member, 30" legs, mounting hardware and detailed instructions are included for complete assembly.
The stand breaks down into separate components for easier transport to and from the firing line.
Safety and Usage
Minimum shooting distances:
- .308 Win: 100 yards minimum
- Up to .300 Win Mag: 200 yards minimum
- Increase distance if pitting is observed
Always use quality eye and ear protection. Inspect the target, shaft, stand and mounting hardware before every session. Replace any component that shows cratering, severe pitting or structural damage. Repaint regularly to track impacts and monitor surface health. No steel-core, armor-piercing or tracer ammunition.
