Portable Texas Star 10-Target Adapter Kit

The Portable Texas Star 10-Target Adapter Kit doubles your existing Portable Texas Star from five targets to ten. The add-on kit includes five additional pre-assembled arms and five 8" round targets made from 3/8" AR500 steel. It installs onto your existing Portable Texas Star using the original hub and mounting hardware, giving you a longer and more challenging reactive target sequence without replacing the base system.

Each 8" target is CNC laser-cut from domestic 3/8" AR500 steel. Once installed, the additional arms create a full 10-target spinning configuration for competition practice and reactive shooting drills. The system's adjustable spring tension can be tuned for different loads, while the existing machined shaft and dual flange bearings support smooth rotation. The finished Shoot Steel add-on kit is manufactured in the United States.

Installation

1. Remove the existing hub from the Portable Texas Star stand.
2. Remove the existing lock nuts.
3. Stack the five new pre-assembled arms over the original arms.
4. Retighten the lock nuts.
5. Reinstall the hub using the original mounting hardware.

This is an add-on kit only and requires an existing Portable Texas Star system for installation.

Safety and Usage

The 10-target configuration is rated for firearms producing no more than 1,500 fps and 500 ft-lbs of impact energy.

• Do not exceed either limit
• No steel-core, armor-piercing or tracer ammunition

Use quality eye and ear protection. Inspect the targets, arms, hub, bearings, springs and mounting hardware before every session. Replace any target that shows cratering, severe pitting or structural damage and replace any component showing deformation or excessive wear. Repaint regularly to track impacts and monitor target condition.

No. Shoot Steel targets ship unpainted. White target paint provides strong contrast for tracking hits and monitoring target condition.

• Normal wear, pitting, cratering and target face degradation are not covered

To qualify for warranty coverage, targets must be used and maintained in accordance with Shoot Steel safety and distance guidelines, including:

• No steel-core, armor-piercing or tracer ammunition
• Minimum recommended distances observed at all times
• Target mounted to Shoot Steel specifications
