What is the advantage of EMT conduit legs over wood legs?
Wood legs absorb direct hits and spall from low misses and degrade over time under sustained fire. EMT conduit legs resist that damage more effectively and last longer through high-volume training sessions. The 2x4 Hybrid Gong Stand Brackets are designed for exactly this combination of EMT legs and 2x4 crossmember.
What chain hardware works with these hangers?
Use the Steel Chain Mounting Kit for heavier steel gong targets. Use the Rubber Chain Mounting Kit for smaller, lighter setups where reduced noise and vibration transfer are preferred.
