This 1/2″ Target Package contains (3) 8″ AR550 steel targets and (3) of our patented T-Post Static Hangers, hardware included.

AR500 Steel targets are perfect for short action rifle use and high-volume pistol use, these 1/2″ steel targets are made to last. Like all our targets, they have been precision cut using a CNC Laser to reduce any heat affected zone leaving you with the most durable and longest lasting target on the market. Targets are cut to fit a 1/2” carriage bolt, mount to a steel post, 2×4 or other structure.

1/2″ AR550 steel is rated for all handgun cartridges as well as rifle cartridges up to .338 Lapua Magnum at 200 yards. If you are unsure what thickness you need, please consult our comprehensive Cartridge Guide.

We rate our AR550 steel Target for the same distances as our AR500. AR550 is significantly harder, and mitigates the ‘pitting’ effect better than AR500. This is especially noticeable with higher velocity rounds, such as .223/5.556 NATO. For more information, check out our article “AR500 Vs. AR550. What’s the Difference?”.
